How old do I need to be to get a tattoo?
The minimum age for a tattoo is 16. The Ohio Board of Health requires that all minors (age 16-17) must come accompanied by their parent or legal guardian. We need an ID from the adult, an ID from the minor, and the minor's birth certificate. The name of the parent on the birth certificate must match the name on their ID. If the adult is a legal guardian, guardianship papers are required to prove legal guardianship. *This is a Board of Health requirement and by no means are we able to bend or break this rule. Adults, age 18 and up must have their ID to receive services, that's it!
Does getting a tattoo hurt?

What do I do if I need to reschedule my appointment?
Hey, we get it! Plans change. We respect that your time is valuable and we ask that you provide us with the same respect by letting us know as soon as you discover that you will need to reschedule.
